4. Vehicle Export Process

• 4.1. **Vehicle Sourcing**: The Company may assist in sourcing vehicles based on your preferences and requirements. Any additional costs associated with sourcing are the responsibility of the Customer.
• 4.2. **Pricing**: Vehicle prices, shipping fees, and associated costs will be communicated to the Customer before initiating any transaction.
• 4.3. **Payment**: Payment for the vehicles, shipping, and other associated fees must be made in accordance with the payment terms agreed upon between the Customer and the Company.
• 4.4. **Shipping**: The Company will arrange for the shipping of the vehicle to the destination specified by the Customer. Shipping timelines and terms will be communicated to the Customer before shipping.
• 4.5. **Documentation**: The Customer is responsible for providing all necessary documentation required for export and import. The Company may assist in facilitating the documentation process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the Customer.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• 5.1. **Cancellation**: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Company. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the export process.
• 5.2. **Refunds**: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the Company’s refund policy and any relevant laws and regulations.

6. Compliance with Laws

The Customer agrees to comply with all local, state, and international laws and regulations related to vehicle export and import.

7. Warranty and Liability

• 7.1. **Warranty**: The Company does not provide any warranties or guarantees on the vehicles, and all vehicles are sold “as is.”
• 7.2. **Liability**: The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Customer in connection with the use of our services.

8. Privacy

The Company’s privacy policy governs the collection and use of Customer information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the privacy policy.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend the provision of services to any Customer at its discretion.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on its website. Continued use of our services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
